The focus of this short session will be on removing any stagnant, congested energy in your etheric brain and the major and minor chakras of your head. I’ll also be focusing on removing stress and negative thoughts in that area, which tend to bog up brain function over time.

During this healing, please lay down in a quiet, comfortable place, keep your arms and legs uncrossed, and curl your tongue to the top roof of your mouth.
Like always, you don't have to be looking at this video during the healing, but do stay connected to me with your energy and stay receptive to the energy with your intention.
During this taster session, I want you to relax your brain, relax your mind, mentally disconnect for 30 minutes from this 3D reality.
Just gently focus on breathing deeply and gently with your lower belly, your abdomen and just relax. If you want extra credit, hold your breath retention on the exhale and inhale for a few seconds to make this breathing exercise even more calming than it already is.
